HDTD equipment covered by this proposal will be subject to warranty against all faults and defects arising as a result of deficiencies in design, material and workmanship, which with been reported to HDTD in writing within fourteen days of any such defect becoming apparent, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of commissioning.
The warranty excludes any repairs or replacement necessary due to misuse, negligence or accident, or any items which are identified as wear parts or consumables.
We have a local service team in Europe who will help HDTD installation and after sales service. Service reaction time: make response within 2 hours after receiving notice of equipment malfunction from the Buyer. If the fault cannot be rectified through telephone guidance, the Vendor should arrange the visit of his field engineers at the Buyer’s plant within 72 hours. The general fault should be solved immediately after the engineer’s arrival on site and in the case of major faults within 72 hours.
